ABOUT COHOST

First and foremost, CoHost was born out of a love for podcasts. They’re informative, educational, inspiring, entertaining, and let’s be honest - they make a commute way more enjoyable!
We’re in the business of understanding and enhancing podcasts. Launched with a clear vision, CoHost provides a unified platform that includes both hosting and prefix products to help brands and professional podcasters understand, grow, and monetize their podcasts.

WHAT WE DO:

Launch: We provide an online platform for brands to make it easy to launch podcasts, providing all the necessary tools in one place.
Grow: Using our hosting and prefix solutions, users get access to a wide variety of data and tools that help them understand and grow their audience.
Innovate: With the wealth of data collected, we provide AI enabled solutions for brands to understand their data, all in one place.
We’ve helped hundreds of brands and professional podcasters launch and grow podcasts, and now we’re looking to hire a full-time product manager and designer to join us in our mission and help scale our product offerings. If you’re passionate about the future of podcasting, enjoy listening to podcasts and you’re looking to join a team that is transforming the content landscape, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL ENCOMPASS

As a Product Manager & Designer at CoHost, you’ll be at the heart of our user experience—driving research, design, and quality to ensure our platform delivers real value to our customers. You’ll work side-by-side with our VP of Product to transform ideas and insights into impactful features—shepherding them from early concept and user pathway mapping, through design, testing, and launch.
Your work will blend user empathy, design excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll help measure the success of our features, assess the UX impact of new and existing capabilities, and work directly with customers to onboard them, gather feedback, and answer key support questions. Every insight you uncover will help refine our product, improve retention, and attract new users.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Turn demo data into actionable UXR insights alongside our VP of Product to inform roadmap, sales, and marketing
  • Manage and analyze CoHost’s support line data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead post-sale onboarding, including account launches, migrations, and enterprise intro calls
  • Build and refine customer personas based on real-world data
  • Map the customer lifecycle, identifying behaviors and traits at each stage to guide communications, campaigns, and design decisions
  • Run regular user feedback surveys and translate results into product recommendations
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to run beta programs for new offerings
  • Learn our sales demo pitch and step in to deliver it when needed
