PRODUCT MANAGER – ADVANCED WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS AT DESMI

As Product manager, you will be responsible for a defined range of advanced water treatment products – including Ballast water management systems and UV water treatment solutions like AquaShield and AquaDose. Your focus will be to drive product optimization, manage product lifecycles, and ensure alignment with DESMI’s strategic goals.

Product management

• Manage and optimize the product range of water treatment systems
• Strong technical product insight
• Understand our customers’ needs, market demands, and competitors
• Lead standardization and product optimization initiatives
• Ensure high standards for product documentation, manuals, and bills of materials
• Ensure accurate and accessible product knowledge internally
• Conduct advanced product training for internal teams

Product Lifecycle management

• Coordinate development projects and ensure strategic alignment
• Ensure high-quality product master data
• Manage product launches, updates, and obsolescence processes

Project participation

• Initiate initiatives to enhance product performance like cost, efficiency, leadtime.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects with the product in focus.
