Responsibilities
  • Serve as the product owner on our core platform scrum team, consisting of engineers, QA engineers, and a Scrum Master.
  • Maintain and effectively prioritize a large backlog, balancing business objectives with customer needs.
  • Highlight product features in a clear manner that is easily understood by the development team while advocating for the voice of the customer.
  • Write user stories, including splitting them and specifying acceptance criteria using Jira.
  • Attend sprint planning and demo meetings to provide feedback on sprint achievements.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize new markets and features for development.
  • Drive product development initiatives and plan for successful product releases.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders on product development operations.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and innovative solutions.
  • Design product requirements, create documentation, and conduct testing to ensure that all components are up to date.
  • Ensure that implemented product features deliver value to end users and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and advocate for existing process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
