Job Description Primary liaison with OEM partner, and Accessories partner Develop and manage product roadmaps, launch plans, and targeted campaigns for a range of devices, including online and in-store sales.   Providing marketing intelligence, market trends, and analysis to support decision-making on pricing, competitiveness, and customer needs. Monitoring and reporting on purchase, sales, and inventory levels for assigned product portfolios.   Demand planning through utilizing historical data, market trends, and inputs from commercial teams to develop volume forecasts. Qualifications Identify opportunities to optimize the product portfolio by rationalizing product strategy & offerings, adjusting pricing strategies, or introducing new offerings.   Make data-driven recommendations for portfolio optimization. Key SPOC for internal stakeholders to Vendors. Driving commercial value through skilled negotiation, collaborative alignment, and mutual business growth, ensuring StarHub remains a priority channel for vendor investment. Lead device-initiated GTM campaigns for thematic, festive, consumer/CIS roadshows, promotions for partnerships & shop opening Source, assess and recommend Devices for ranging into StarHub Device portfolio to drive Sales and Acquisition. Manage and partner with vendors to drive promotions and programs for Devices to drive Retention and Acquisition. Work with internal stakeholders (eg. Marketing, Operations, IT) to drive projects required for launch and sales of Devices in StarHub portfolio. Optimize and contain growth in handset subsidies costs through managing device portfolio and partnerships with Vendors. Having a cadence process to understand and implement forecast, working closely with vendors to ensure healthy inventory of Devices. Review inventory holdings & shipment plans. Track and drive programs to reduce Inventory obsolescence.
Responsibilities
This role involves acting as the primary liaison with OEM and Accessories partners to develop and manage product roadmaps, launch plans, and targeted sales campaigns for various devices. The manager will also provide market intelligence and analysis to support strategic decision-making regarding pricing and customer needs.
