Our Digital Health team is building PC Health, a health utility that helps Canadians manage chronic conditions like diabetes and obesity, tying together in-pharmacy care with digital tools. We believe the future of health is omnichannel: when a patient receives care in our pharmacies, their experience continues seamlessly at home through our apps, connected devices, and personalized health insights.
We are looking for a Product Manager to own connected devices across our digital health products in support of our Health Tracking portfolio. This includes wearables, in-pharmacy devices, and integrations that power real-time insights and next-best-actions for patients managing diabetes, obesity, and other chronic conditions.
This is not an easy environment. We operate like a startup inside a massive organization. That means there’s complexity, stakeholders, and inertia — but your job is to cut through it with urgency, progress, and clarity.

Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT?

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days in office at one of our Toronto locations: 401 & DVP, Brampton, or Downtown)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive Health Tracking: Lead product development for connected devices (wearables, pharmacy devices, self-reported tracking), delivering features that keep patients engaged and accountable in managing chronic disease.
  • Ship with Urgency: Break down complex initiatives into smaller, testable releases. Bias to action, ship quickly, and learn fast.
  • Communicate Relentlessly: Proactively share updates, wins, and next steps with stakeholders. Over-communicate progress and risks so the team can stay aligned.
  • Own Outcomes: Define and deliver against key KPIs like engagement, 90-day retention, and chronic user adoption of tracking features.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, pharmacy operations, and external vendors to ship integrated, high-quality health tracking experiences.
  • Champion Users: Understand chronic patient and pharmacist needs, and ensure health tracking delivers meaningful daily, weekly, and monthly value.
