Your role
- You will shape offerings within the Connected Customer Care (CCC) service portfolio for microsurgery
- You create positive experiences for our customers by depicting the services of tomorrow
- You become a pivotal player in implementing the microsurgery service growth strategy and step into a driver seat for leading sub-streams
- You guide a multidisciplinary team to continuously expand CCC use cases while constantly weighting cost of implementation and value against each other
- You support to develop and pioneer an iterative service product development process that sets standards for ZEISS Meditec
- Early identification of market trends and competitor analysis for developing a CCC 2.0 roadmap, including requirements specifications and buisness plans, is also part of your job description
- You ensure the economic success of CCC by further developing the business model in line with the strategic corporate and portfolio orientation
- You constantly compare the expected customer benefit with the actual benefit, and define measures for continuous improvement
- With this role you represent also the digital transformation of a successful traditional company
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in natural sciences, economics or engineering
- Minimally 3 years of professional experience in product management, preferably in medical technology
- A good understanding about iterative product development
- Ideally have application knowledge in microsurgery (dental, neuro, ENT)
- A high degree of initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to develop and pursue convincing concepts through conceptual thinking and creativity
- Convincing presentation skills and willingness to travel
- A very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- The pleasure to build up something new and to go new ways
