Together Credit Union is seeking a Product Manager – Digital Technology to lead the development and optimization of our digital solutions. Reporting to the Director, Digital & AI, this role will oversee the implementation and management of our website, appointment scheduling systems, and pre-approval campaign technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, marketing, operations, and external vendors to enhance the digital experience for both members and internal teams. JOB SUMMARY

The Product Manager – Digital Technology will lead the development and optimization of digital solutions aimed at enhancing the overall digital experience for Together Credit Union. This role will oversee the implementation and management of the credit union’s website, appointment scheduling systems, and pre-approval campaign technologies, ensuring a seamless digital experience for both members and internal teams. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with IT, marketing, operations, and external vendors to execute on digital strategies and initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in digital or fintech environments
  • Proven experience leading the rollout of consumer-facing websites or platforms.
  • Experience with onboarding journeys, funnel optimization, or acquisition-focused features.
  • Familiarity with marketing and preapproval tech (SavvyMoney, Trustage, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Understands APIs, data flows, and how to communicate effectively with developers (without needing to code).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of appointment scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly, TimeTrade, or custom integrations).
  • Experience with journey mapping, user personas, and segmentation.
  • Credit Union experience or industry knowledge

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Website Implementation & Management: Lead the management and optimization of the credit union’s website to ensure a user-friendly, responsive, and secure online experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new website features, improve performance, and improve integration across digital touchpoints. Analyze website data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and drive optimization efforts.
  • Member-Facing Appointment Technology: Manage the vendor relationship and optimization of online appointment scheduling systems for members. Collaborate with internal teams to understand appointment needs (e.g., branch visits, loan consultations, business account opening, financial advisories, etc.) and ensure the system is intuitive, efficient, and meets member expectations.
  • Member Pre-Approval Campaigns: Oversee the design and execution of digital pre-approval campaigns for credit union services (e.g., loans, credit cards). Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are targeted, personalized, and integrated across digital channels. Use data to track the success of campaigns, refine targeting strategies, and improve member conversion rates. Develop detailed reports and present campaign performance to leadership.
  • New Member Onboarding and Application Management: Lead effort to implement new products on new team member onboarding platform. Manage relationship with third party vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure optimization of tool and alignment to organizational goals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire lifecycle of digital products from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and optimization. Define product roadmaps, prioritize features based on business value and member impact, and manage resources effectively to deliver on time. Conduct ongoing performance assessments of digital products and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
