Job Summary:
Ascension is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and performance management of homeowners insurance products and programs. This role is critical in identifying market opportunities, enhancing current offerings, and managing relationships with third-party administrators to support growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Personal Lines Programs, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing product strategy across multiple geographies and partnerships.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 annually. This range reflects Acrisure’s good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
