Your Role: As a Product Manager in our Digital & eCommerce team, you will lead the fulfillment product domain, overseeing the creation and management of eCommerce Digital Products. Your role is essential for enhancing customer experiences related to product availability, order tracking, and management across our platform, impacting over 2 million customers and 150,000 products globally. In your role you will define strategy, roadmap and end to end responsibility for your products, with limited oversight from Senior Product manager or Head of product. Location: This is an onsite position based in our Burlington, MA location. We do offer a hybrid flexible work arrangement and require up to 5% travel. Key Responsibilities: Define the product vision and roadmap for fulfillment, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Create and maintain effective product availability messaging throughout the customer journey. Own end-to-end product outcomes for eCommerce fulfillment with limited oversight. Build basic dashboards and leverage already built dashboards to measure business success. Partner with the data science and analytics team to spec out more complex data needs Conduct customer interviews to gather insights and develop business plans that link product features to customer and business value. Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and supply chain partners to implement the product vision. Develop requirements at an epic level that tie to overall initiatives and as necessary user stories with acceptance criteria. Owns delivery for product area, proactively identifying risks and variances to plans, developing & implementing appropriate mitigation activities. Key Accountabilities: Product Vision & Roadmap: Design a seamless fulfillment journey focused on customer outcomes. Lead the implementation of the availability API for consistent customer information across channels. Build a top-tier post-order experience, enabling self-service for order management tasks. Voice of the Customer: Be the expert on customer journeys and market dynamics. Lead continuous discovery activities to adapt product strategy to changing customer needs. End-to-End Product Delivery: Define and track success metrics for the fulfillment domain. Achieve key business goals, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while guiding the product team. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the product ambassador to senior executives and business partners. Provide updates on product status, performance, and financial metrics. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Managment, IT, Computer Science or related discipline At least 5 years of product leadership experience working with eCommerce or digital products At least 2 years of experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and eCommerce integrations. Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver business growth results Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Strong customer-centric mindset and service orientation Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with a data-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Managment, IT, Computer Science or related discipline Proven ability to optimize fulfillment workflows and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience collaborating across stakeholder groups for knowledge sharing. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with a data-driven mindset. Pay Range: $97,400-$140,000 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
