Strategy & Roadmap - Develop and maintain an 18-36 month roadmap for Electrical Certification workflows; assess opportunities, define positioning, and set priorities. Voice of Customer (VOC) - Engage with electrical installers, maintenance technicians, electricians, certification bodies, and compliance professionals to uncover workflow challenges and unmet needs related to electrical certification processes; translate these insights into actionable product requirements tailored to certification solutions. Requirements & Documentation - Create and maintain PRS (Product Requirements Specification) and CRS (Customer Requirements Specification); ensure alignment with APM (Agile Program Management) checkpoints. APM Gate Leadership - Drive deliverables through IP (Initiation Point), AA (Announce Approval), RP (Release Point), and SP (Sustainment Point). Lifecycle Management - Manage launches, sustaining updates, pricing actions, SKU rationalization, and end‑of‑life decisions. Go‑to‑Market - Partner with marketing and sales on value props, pricing, and enablement content; support key customer evaluations and technical talks. Business Health - Track bookings, revenue, standard margin, backlog/lead-times, and field quality; prioritize actions with Ops/Quality/Service. Cross‑Functional Leadership - Align engineering, operations, quality, service, finance, and regional commercial teams; run cadences, decisions, and issue escalations. Deliver at least one gated APM milestone (e.g., IP, AA readiness, RP launch). Establish a repeatable VOC cadence feeding a living roadmap. Education: Business degree with strong technical aptitude; or Bachelor's degree in Engineering. (Master's/MBA a plus.) Experience: 5+ years in product management or closely related roles focused on Electrical Certification workflows.
