We are looking for a business-driven Product Manager to take full ownership of the product portfolio and drive its development forward. About the role In this role, you will analyze market trends, technology developments, and customer needs to build and drive a competitive product roadmap. You will own the product range, lead product development projects, and ensure that products meet both commercial targets and regulatory requirements. This role will report directly to the Managing Director at Hellberg Safety and will be part of the management team. The position will be based at Hellberg Safety in Stenkullen outside Gothenburg. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the product strategy for Electronic Hearing Protection based on market and customer insights Own business cases, profitability, and product performance Capture the “Voice of Customer” and translate needs into clear product requirements for R&D Lead product development projects and ensure delivery according to plan Coordinate product launches Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Manage product data and portfolio lifecycle Deliver product training internally and externally Contribute actively to the Hellberg Safety management team as the Product Management representative for Electronic Hearing Protection Your profile Background & experience: We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and commercially minded, with the ability to turn insights into tangible results.
