Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-directed, experienced Product Manager to join our team to lead the implementation and development of an Electronic Medical Records across the hospital and wider outpatient diagnostic centres. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that meet our customers’ and clinicians needs.

As a Product Manager you will provide support for system, clinical and operational improvements for the product, enabling continuous and rapid change as required supporting the business strategy.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience with Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Knowledge of the SDLC and experience working closely with development teams to deliver software products.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • API Integration: Familiarity with API integration and the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements for integrating third-party services.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • UX/UI Principles: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities

KEY SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE

  • You will have experience and be well versed in healthcare technology
  • Desirable degree educated or equivalent
  • High standard of presentation skills including creation and delivery
  • Experience of delivering clinical and operational services
  • Desired experience of healthcare industry, On-site and remote services and understanding of current policies and procedures (including CQC)
  • Experience of managing complex multi-functional service delivery operations.
  • Experience of working with complex systems & processes & an ability to simplify these
