The Product Manager is responsible for interfacing with the client to understand business requirements and communicate the same to the project team in the form of business requirements documents. The jobholder provides overall analysis and user experience design support to the project team in an individual capacity. The job holder must focus on defining the underlying business needs, documenting those needs, validating conceptual systems designs, and assuring delivery quality through the preparation of comprehensive testing scenarios and knowledge transfer.
