In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale new products that leverage data and robotics technologies.     • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 0-to-1 products that align with the company’s goals and market opportunities.

    • Market Research: Conduct deep market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards.
    • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather insights, align priorities, and drive product adoption.
    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans, to ensure successful product introduction.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, optimize user experience, and inform product decisions in alignment with the organizational goals.
    • Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product squad, encouraging creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
    • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products are designed with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
    • Evangelise: Drive excitement, adoption, and satisfaction with the product by ensuring stakeholders are well-prepared with the appropriate collateral, and messaging.
