We are looking for exceptional Product Managers to play a key role in building our global products and own end-to-end delivery. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading your squad to execute the product strategies and plans, aligned to our OKRs. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize work, problem solve and ultimately provide our players with outstanding experiences. You bring a deep understanding of user’s needs, adept at identifying opportunities, refining your roadmap and collaborating across design, engineering and data. The Ad-Tech and Affiliate sub-domain sits within our Player Experience pillar, where we focus on driving measurable engagement and revenue through advanced tracking, attribution, and partner network optimization. Our goal is to deliver seamless, personalized experiences that encourage customers to interact, convert, and remain engaged—while maintaining responsible and privacy-conscious practices. Key Responsibilities: Act as primary lead for the product, partner with engineering and design to deliver a world class product, ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery. Collaborate with business/commercial stakeholders to shape future roadmap and see through execution from concept to delivery. Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness, constantly evaluating insight, taking an iterative approach to achieve outcomes. Ensures accurate and formal product documentation, including clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with engineering and design Drives product metrics that demonstrate impact for our customers and our business. Collaborates closely with leaders from various departments, including marketing, compliance, commercial and legal, to ensure requirements are considered, challenged and evaluated. Qualifications Strong understanding of ad tech, attribution, and conversion tracking, including platform-specific nuances across paid social channels such as Meta Platforms Ads and Snap Inc. Ads and more. Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks, as well as paid social ecosystems (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok), with a focus on performance measurement and optimisation Experience with server-side tracking, postbacks, and offline conversions, including some experience in GTM server-side migrations and Meta Conversion API (CAPI) implementations Strong experience with client-side tracking using Google Tag Manager, including tag implementation, event configuration, and debugging across multiple platforms Deep knowledge of privacy, consent, and platform limitations (ITP, ATT, cookieless), including their impact on mobile and paid social attribution Comfortable reconciling and debugging data discrepancies across platforms, including between ad platforms (Meta, Snapchat) and MMPs such as AppsFlyer Strong stakeholder management across marketing, engineering, and product teams, particularly in aligning tracking and attribution across web and app environments Data-literate, able to work with event-based analytics and reporting across web and app ecosystems, including SDK-based event tracking Some experience migrating or modernising tracking infrastructure, including mobile measurement partner (MMP) integrations (e.g. AppsFlyer) and app event schema design Clear decision-making in revenue-critical, ambiguous environments, with an understanding of attribution trade-offs and platform reporting limitations Experience with mobile app attribution, including AppsFlyer setup, event mapping, partner integrations, and attribution model interpretation (e.g. SKAdNetwork, deterministic vs probabilistic) Domain expertise Prior experience in Sportsbook and Casino domains is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of regulated gaming environments.
