Hamer Environmental is seeking a motivated and visionary Product Manager to lead our new Environmental Software Division. This role is central to Hamer’s next chapter—developing innovative, data-driven tools to support wildlife conservation and renewable energy development across the globe. · Redevelop Hamer’s existing avian and bat collision risk modelling tool
· Integrate raw 3D radar and ecological data into the modelling platform
· Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with client needs and business strategy
· Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and programmers
· Work closely with leadership and ecological teams to guide feature development
· Oversee software deployment, maintenance, and iterative improvement cycles
· Ensure security, scalability, and data integrity throughout the product lifecycle
