JOB SUMMARY The Product Manager – Transfer Center is responsible for leading product management and application strategy for technology supporting the Transfer Centers across Baylor Scott & White Health. This role serves as the primary relationship manager between clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions align with clinical workflows, service line priorities, and enterprise standards. This position entails product delivery, standardizing product and intake processes, and partnering closely with Operational leadership, Product Owners and Architects to ensure work is properly scoped, prioritized, and prepared for execution within an agile delivery framework. Hybrid role - if local to DFW area- on-site 1x a week; in state of TX, on-site once a month; out of state candidate would need to come on-site 2x a year ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, operational leaders and technical teams Lead intake and planning for Transfer Center-related technology requests, ensuring requests are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with strategic priorities. Establish and reinforce best practices for backlog readiness, intake documentation, prioritization, and cross-team coordination. Ensure technical work is appropriately planned, sequenced, and ready to be pulled into sprint execution. Develop, maintain, and enhance relevant process documentation to support consistency and knowledge sharing Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and contribute to the ITSM roadmap, partnering closely with IS, operational leadership, and governance groups. Mentor/coach other Process Managers across the organization. Define, measure and monitor KPIs specific to the assigned processes. Perform other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across clinical, operational, and technical audiences. Ability to navigate and manage complexity across multiple technologies, vendors, and stakeholder groups. Demonstrated success in product management, intake governance, and agile delivery environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate clinical and operational needs into technical plans. Ability to balance strategic priorities with execution-focused delivery. Prior experience in Service Management, ITIL or Service Now preferred.
