We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our Strategic Product Projects team as a Senior Product Strategy & Development Manager – ESG. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of ESG product strategy and development in one of the UK’s leading asset managers. What you’ll be doing: Leading the development and design of ESG products and propositions across a diverse fund range Acting as a senior ESG subject matter expert, providing technical guidance across the business Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives using effective project management tools Supporting product governance processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align ESG product strategy with client needs Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform product innovation Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of ESG features Presenting at internal committees and fund boards to communicate product strategy and updates Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Proven experience in the investment management industry, ideally 5+ years Strong knowledge of ESG investment strategies, fund structures and regulatory environments Demonstrated ability to lead product development and lifecycle management Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams A strategic thinker with a passion for responsible investing Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
