We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Oversight team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape our Responsible Investment (RI) product strategy, working collaboratively across the business to deliver market-leading solutions that meet evolving client needs. What you’ll be doing: Leading the development and design of Responsible Investment products across pooled fund ranges Coordinating product governance activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks Managing product lifecycle processes and ensuring products remain appropriate and competitive Supporting project delivery using structured methodologies and stakeholder engagement Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of new product features Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to share RI expertise and insights Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy Presenting at governance committees and fund boards to represent product initiatives Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Proven experience in investment management Strong understanding of Responsible Investment strategies and fund structures Ability to manage complex projects and deliver strategic product initiatives Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels Knowledge of UK and European regulatory environments for authorised funds Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA highly desirable Experience in product conceptualisation and proposition design Commitment to delivering good customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
