MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Successfully develop value proposal, coordinate development, including internal and external validations of strategic product plans (GI, Life & Health) for AXA EssentiALL (AXA inclusive insurance) in coordination with our dedicated partnership developers. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Implement Product Develop Workstream • Initiate researches that will uncover AXA EssentiALL partners (corporate level) and their customers’ needs and wants. • Leverage existing market studies, customers insights and competition analysis and continuously enrich them. • Conceptualize relevant customer value proposal in alignment with targeted partners environment and objectives. • Collaborate and coordinate with various and internal and external stakeholders (official AXA EssentiALL POC for IC) to deliver AXA EssentiALL product and program requirements to launch Life, Health and GI products ensuring required applicable corporate governance are followed. • Presents to and coordinates with approving bodies as necessary • Preparation of product related or program requirements and documents such as but not limited to policy contracts, other required documents for filing with the Insurance Commission and other applicable regulatory body • Facilitate pre-launch checks and internal clearance such as but not limited to Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, Actuarial, Pricing and any other applicable governance body as required by the program, product and/or the company • Maximize internal and external resources and collaborate with marketing team to deliver compelling marketing programs that could include offline and online collaterals, advertising, PR, sales toolkits and trainings. • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders (ex. Distribution channels) to drive strategy buy-in that will lead to successful implementation of marketing programs. • Support Distributor channel to drive sales • Work hand in hand with AXA EssentiALL Distribution team • Analyzes product performance trends, portfolio gaps and opportunities. • Makes necessary enhancements to comply with new IC regulations that will affect existing products. • In charge of workstreams and timelines per product or program requirements. • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or other related courses • Minimum 3-5 years years experience in including extensive experience in product development and management, experience in Microinsurance is an advantage • Strong Project Management skills • Insurance exposure/experience in Life and HMO companies is preferred • Ability to demonstrate measurable results: results-oriented, proactive and autonomous. • Very good people skills to interact with senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teams as well as external stakeholders (partners, regulator…) • With financial understanding is an advantage • With exposure to corporate market • Proficient in MS Office applications (esp. in Excel and PowerPoint) • Excellent Communication Skills (oral/written), fluent in English is a must.
