Description

We’re looking for an analytical Product Manager to join our platform team, with a focus on understanding and shaping the foundations of our technology estate. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of product experience who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and translating insights into clear, relevant requirements.
Reporting into our Head of Product, you will help assess our current platform capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping define the requirements to support a more flexible, scalable platform- one that enables faster change and easier deployment for our clients.

  • Analytical with a structured approach to discovery and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Jobs To Be Done, user research, or service design techniques.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a structured assessment of the current platform estate, identifying gaps, overlaps, and areas for simplification.
  • Lead discovery activities to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Apply Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) methodology to uncover the core tasks and outcomes users are trying to achieve.
  • Collaborate with senior product and engineering colleagues to define and document platform requirements.
  • Translate insights into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to support delivery teams.
  • Help develop a platform roadmap that balances short-term improvements with long-term flexibility.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and research sessions with internal stakeholders and users.
  • Stay informed about platform best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
