The Position Principle Roles &Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 Strategic Portfolio Planning: Support to develop overall ophthalmology portfolio strategy to achieve market leadership and sustainable growth New Product Launch Readiness: Support to form and drive an integrated cross-functional China squad consisting of key commercial functions to accelerate launch readiness. Support the implementation of the China pre-launch market-shaping activities including TAE engagement, disease education as well as business topline assessment and resourcing recommendations. Business Insights and Analytics: Generate insights on specific product level via market research projects such as patient journey, customer decision making process and competitor intelligence; Analyze internal and external data to closely monitor and report brand performance and market potential to identify business opportunities and challenges Qualifications and Experience ● Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Lifesciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business ● Commercial Experience: Mandatory marketing or medical/ strategic planning/ commercial excellence experience in leading global pharmaceutical companies. ● Business Acumen: "Systematic Thinking" “Problem solving" and a profound understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, particularly in commercialization ● Analytical Prowess: Proven record of translating complex insights into business opportunities/ challenges, with familiarity of AI tools mandatory ● Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
