The Position Job Summary: 1. Understand the market access strategy of LC portfolio and drive business growth by accelerating product access and eliminating access obstacles. 2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities (Major functions of the position) • Understand the market access dynamics and assist to develop access strategy and plan for LC portfolio to drive business growth. • Develop and implement business model innovative projects and market access projects that are in line with LC access strategy. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with market access departments and other brand relevant departments. • Maintain good engagement with KOLs, and other target regional key customers. • Work together with sales force, and provide clear direction as well as timely support for sales team. • Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing. 3. Qualification and Experience Education/Qualifications • Bachelor degree or above • Market access experience is preferred Job Required Competencies • MNC background • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales • Market access experience is highly preferred • Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing) • Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven • Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
