Ride with us into the future – sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead! Your Mission As a Product Manager, you will own the development of our B2B Bike-as-a-Service platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations and our B2B customers to shape a product that delivers real value to delivery services and fleet operators. Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer and business needs Working closely with Engineering and Design teams on new feature concepts Conducting customer interviews and requirements analysis with B2B delivery customers Defining user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics (KPIs) Driving the product development process from idea to launch Analyzing the market and competitive landscape in Bike-as-a-Service / Mobility Acting as the interface between leadership, sales, operations and the tech team Your skills and qualifications Several years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or platform environment Experience working with Engineering and Design teams using agile methods Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decisions Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Experience using tools like Jira, Linear, Notion or similar Good German and English skills Nice to have Interest in mobility, logistics or sharing-economy topics Experience in mobility, logistics or fleet management Background in hardware-adjacent or physical products What you can expect from us Competitive salary aligned with your skills and experience High ownership and direct influence on product strategy Work on a product with tangible social and environmental impact Flexible working hours and remote/hybrid options Dynamic environment with short decision-making paths Diversity CYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
