WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 1-3 years of experience designing & shipping world-class software
• Understanding of web design principles
• Strong product management, communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Experience working with digital products and technical teams
• Fluency in German at a native speaker level is mandatory
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Together with your team, you’ll work on various software projects throughout the company
• Support with the founding of our new SaaS business, Kh. Digital. Create new products that we can license to other companies in the furniture industry.
• Coordinate ideas, projects and deadlines from start to finish
• Use analytics and data-driven development to validate your design ideas and identify improvements
• Work closely with your agile team, participating in sprint activities and ensuring that your team delivers effective customer solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains and their needs
