What You Do Product Manager for the Fertility portfolio to drive brand strategy, execution, and growth to achieve business objectives. This role leads marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen product positioning and market leadership and plays a key part in expanding patient access, supporting healthcare professionals, and delivering sustainable business impact. Establish marketing plan including competitive tactics and selling message to increase market share, profits and achieve sales target. Managed sales portfolio of Fertility products in medical channel by co-operated with cross functional team and key stakeholders including sales, medical, QA, RA, supply chain, regional and global team. Develop marketing plan and creates innovate marketing strategies, implementation and tracking for responsible products including new drug launch success. Responsible to manage sales and promotion, maximize resource allocation efficiently. Develop key marketing message and educational promotional materials / brochure / advertising program /booth exhibition to enhance brand differentiation through omnichannel. Build strong relationship with key opinion leaders and target physicians to drive access expansion, product listings Provide product knowledge / Set up monthly product training for sales team and develop them in terms of product presentation to our customers Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by review and adjust demand forecast. Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Ensures all business activities comply with all relevant regulations and company code of conduct. To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE), special situations or other pharmacovigilance information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded according to the company procedures. To obtain and compile the information regarding the receiving complaint and transfer to quality manager. Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science background; MBA, Marketing is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written in English. 2-3 years of experiences in product management and sales with proven record of achievement. Have a very strong and clear communicator, with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge. Good at persuasion and negotiation. Able to analyses complex data and look for trends in the market and users' opinions and behavior.
