Description
Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025. Job description Own the applications and workflows used by field teams and operations leads – from mission planning and on-site setup scanning and end-of-day closure. The goal: turn the field environment into a simple, stable and intuitive experience that minimizes downtime and rescan, and maximizes productivity and scan quality. Key responsibilities: 1) Bridge Field ↔ Product Own the field-to-product feedback loop; ensure priorities reflect operational needs. Lead a cross-functional forum (Product, R&D, US/IL Ops) and include Ops leads in quarterly roadmap reviews. Maintain a monthly “Top 5 Ops Priorities” list; translate operator knowledge (“Toshba”) into requirements and best practices. 2) Own & improve field workflows/UX Own the end-to-end field journey: mission planning → site setup → scanning (day/night) → end-of-day upload. Redesign operator-facing flows under real constraints (time, environment, hardware) and drive a more unified field experience. Take ownership of critical pain-point workflows and reduce time, errors, and ambiguity (incl. clear in-app error codes + next steps). 3) Improve quality and reduce rescans Define release gates and staged rollouts (pilot → feedback → full deployment) with Ops sign-off. Build a Rescan Reason Framework and track impact on quality and downtime (e.g., FPY, rescan share). 4) Field metrics & continuous improvement Define and own the KPI set for field operations; ensure the product is instrumented to capture key events/timings reliably. Use data (incl. SQL queries) to investigate issues, validate KPI impact, and support decision-making. Analyze bottlenecks and translate insights into product changes; build simple dashboards for Ops + Product/R&D. Run structured experiments (before/after, usability tests, controlled pilots) and own validation through adoption and rollout. Requirements 2 years of experience in Product Management (or similar) with strong exposure to: operational, field/industrial systems, logistics, construction/utilities or similar domains. Experience working with data and analytics tools, including SQL, to support decision-making and product insights. Strong execution mindset – understands field delivery, pre-tour validation, handling deviations via a Field Change Protocol, and the trade-offs between schedule, quality and safety. Experience working with field-facing tool ecosystems (planning, mission tools, DAQ, field apps). High-level English proficiency, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally (e.g. U.S. Ops with IL Product/R&D). Able to define clear problems, prioritize solutions, and avoid one-off “patch” that increase fragmentation. Technically and analytically comfortable – can talk both to engineers (flows, constraints, devices) and to operators (pain points and friction in the field).
