Who we’re looking for: An individual with deep expertise in finance transformation within a rapidly growing fintech scale-up
The challenge: To define strategy, drive delivery and operationalize our Finance & Treasury function
Where you’ll work: This role will be based in our Hove office 2 days a week
Responsibilities
Accelerate the growth, scale and efficiency of the finance and treasury function through increased automation, improved accuracy, delivery of same-day payments & invoicing, etc.
Take ownership of finance and treasury related capabilities including but not limited to
General ledgers
Billing and invoicing
Automated reconciliation
Financial reporting
Banking, payments and FX
Drive product research, discovery, delivery and feedback as well as roadmap prioritisation
Be a key business partner to the CFO and the finance leadership team
Collaborate with finance teams to understand operational needs and define new capabilities
Collaborate with finance, engineering, operations & compliance to deliver new capabilities
Work with Engineering to drive the backlog and work with internal and external suppliers
Accelerate the onboarding of new finance partners (commercial, technical, operational)
