What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv? Fiserv is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team, spearheading our Pay by Bank solution – a non-card-based ‘payment on file’ platform enabling consumers to pay directly from their bank account. As a Pay by Bank Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with sales, technology, operations, partners, and clients to drive revenue and client satisfaction. Your expertise in commercializing products within matrixed organizations will be key to our success.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the voice of the customer, transforming objectives into Epics with clear and concise scope, value, outcomes, and acceptance criteria representations.
  • Organize Story Maps that break down Epics into sprint-level deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features from concept to launch.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, track market trends, and assess opportunities for future strategy and roadmap enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership teams to define, prioritize, and maintain your roadmap.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to continually improve your products and enhance customer experiences.
