Description
Responsibilities: We’re looking for a Product Manager for Internal Tools who’s passionate about building smart, efficient systems that empower our teams to move faster. You’ll work closely with Digital Sales, Operations, and Merchandising to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and design tools that make our business run smoother. You’ll lead the development and optimization of internal products — from automation pipelines to dashboards — leveraging low-code and AI solutions like n8n, GPT-powered bots, and workflow systems. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving operational challenges with product thinking and isn’t afraid to get hands-on with automation tools. - Partner with Digital Sales, Operations, and Merchandising teams to identify process gaps and translate them into scalable product solutions. - Define, prioritize, and deliver internal product roadmaps focused on efficiency, visibility, and automation. - Design and manage automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar low-code/AI platforms. - Collaborate with engineers and data teams to integrate internal tools with existing systems (CRM, ERP, CMS, etc.). - Build metrics and feedback loops to measure the impact and adoption of internal tools. - Conduct user research and testing with internal stakeholders to ensure usability and relevance. - Document systems, workflows, and tool dependencies for long-term maintainability. - Stay updated with new AI and automation technologies to continuously improve our internal ecosystem. Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in Product Management (no preference in the previous domain) - Strong understanding of cross-functional workflows (sales, ops, merchandising, or logistics). - Familiarity with AI-driven or low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com, GPT-based agents). - Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. - Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards or BI tools. - Excellent communication skills — you’re able to collaborate and influence across teams.
