Job Description:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on marketing-related products or features, preferably within medical device.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and interact effectively with stakeholders, and influence individuals, across functional areas and in team environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with Agile or other product development methodologies is a plus.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Ability to understand the business needs of the customer and Fujifilm Sonosite respectively.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements for R&D is a must.
  • Ability to think about the application of diagnostic ultrasound in non-traditional ways is also a must.
  • Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, and team building skills.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations
