Responsibilities

The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring SeaLink Sydney’s suite of products is seamlessly available and bookable across all online platforms, including the company website and domestic and international distribution channels. This pivotal role drives revenue growth and elevates the customer experience by ensuring products are accurately showcased, competitively positioned, and easily accessible to a diverse audience.

  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of all SeaLink Sydney products across internal systems and external distribution platforms.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners, travel agents, and online travel agencies (OTAs) to maximise reach and sales potential.
  • Work with IT and external providers to ensure seamless integration between the company’s booking systems, website, and third-party platforms.
  • Regularly audit system performance and resolve any issues impacting product availability or booking functionality.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement or expansion.
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align product availability with promotional campaigns and operational capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any product-related issues.
