Job Description ​​​​​​Improve the user experience of gamification features to increase engagement and motivation. Drive higher user participation in gamification activities through continuous optimization and new mechanics. Analyze and optimize both marketing and organic funnels to improve key conversion metrics. Monitor product stability, speed, and overall performance, reacting promptly to any anomalies. Manage domain-related operations, including renewal, acquisition, and infrastructure maintenance. Handle issues related to bans and ensure smooth operation across all product components. Own key engagement and performance metrics, including the percentage of users with medium and high involvement in gamification.
