Description

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in B2C and B2B product management, particularly in e-commerce, website platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce), and CRM systems. This role focuses on optimizing digital product experiences, improving online sales channels, and supporting internal CRM development to enhance customer engagement.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to execute product strategies, enhance platform functionality, and contribute to the evolution of the company’s own CRM system.

1. EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, or digital product optimization.
  • Strong understanding of B2C models, including customer engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows and business customer management is an advantage.

2. SKILLS:

  • Product Design & UX – Strong understanding of web and app-based product design, including UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Digital Tools & Analytics – Proficiency in Figma, Word, Excel, and presentation software, along with experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • E-Commerce & CRM Management – Experience managing digital storefronts, optimizing conversion rates, and understanding B2B workflows, including business accounts, invoicing, and CRM systems.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Ability to interpret market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and use data-driven insights to refine product strategies.
  • Project & Cross-Team Coordination – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, work cross-functionally, and ensure seamless execution of product updates, integrations, and automation tools.

4. EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
