JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Generative AI Centre of Excellence (COE) is a newly established horizontal practice within Marketing, tasked with shaping the future of how we work in Marketing through Generative AI. The Marketing Generative AI COE is responsible for building the strategic roadmap and vision for Gen AI Marketing, including unlocking near-term use cases that drive measurable impact and reimaging the future of work. The team stays on the forefront on Gen AI by gathering input from internal marketing stakeholders and external sources and works in collaboration with AI2 and key TD control partners and external agencies to deliver and drive adoption of responsible, scalable and high-impact AI solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Gen AI COE Lead (Marketing), the Product Manager, Gen AI Strategy and Adoption will be responsible for engaging internal and external partners to refine and execute against Marketing’s Gen AI roadmap, building the case for future investment and driving adoption including reimagining workflows.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including experience working in cross-functional matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Superior impact and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to lead digital marketing initiatives and present recommendations to large teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic roadmaps.
  • Strong business acumen, takes ownership, initiates improvement
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented with a proven ability to translate technical considerations into business implications
  • Proven experience leveraging technology to improve capability, drive optimization efficiencies and business results.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and proven leadership capabilities with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, requiring ongoing. re-evaluation of priorities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or innovation roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience with AI/ML, marketing and cloud technology, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong asset

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of Marketing’s Gen AI roadmap including intake, prioritization and delivery
  • Act as a strategic partner by leading and developing relationships with internal and external business partners / stakeholders to refine and execute the Marketing Gen AI roadmap.
  • Contribute thought leadership by translating GenAI trends, competitive intelligence and agentic workflows into solutions that align to Marketing’s strategic priorities
  • Build the case for future investment in Gen AI initiatives including business case development
  • Drive adoption of Gen AI solutions by reimagining workflows and processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to measure the impact of Gen AI initiatives and drive adoption.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders including executive updates, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
