JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) product development to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to bring innovative AI features and platforms to life. This is a hybrid role based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, with required flexibility to travel to the UAE for short-term (2–3 months) client engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience, including hands-on product management of GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and platforms (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc.).
• Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and client-facing environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Hybrid work model – based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad.
• Must be willing to travel to UAE for short-term (2 to 3 months) assignments as per project needs.
