Product Manager (General Medicine Marketing) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: With the supervision of product managers senior to this position, Product Manager at VS1.1 will: Contribute to brand strategy development to maximize the sales potential of Bayer products Identify issues and opportunities to fully capture the business dynamics Create and communicate key strategic messages based on the product value proposition which is competitive and sustainable Plan and execute assigned programs, tactics, and tools to deliver businesssuccess Implement brand strategy with customer facing functions Effectively manage relevant vendor and agency relationships to ensure deliverables and work products are in alignment with the tactical goals and in a timely manner Monitor and control expense budget related to responsible marketing activities Flexibly respond to request from product lead or senior product manager to support various key projects and initiatives that may arise related to responsible area WHO YOU ARE: University Degree or above Must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in a product marketing role within a pharmaceutical company Prefer someone who has experience in diabetes , cardiovascular/ nephrology, or other TAs may be considered Should have good understanding of pharmaceutical business and sold understanding of health care policy and system Strong leadership with effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to realize co-work and cooperation with related parties concerned Issue management and problem-solving skills and very good logical thinking skills Fluency in Japanese (N1 as guide for non-Japanese candidates) Business level of English (※TOEIC 700 and above as a guide) WHAT BAYER CAN OFFER YOU: We offer a competitive a salary package consisting of an annual basic salary and Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus and top performance award and so on, tailored to your role at Bayer We provide various special paid day-offs on top of given annual paid vacation days.
