We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of core admin and productivity capabilities that power the Go1 experience—managing users and groups, delivering contextual notifications, streamlining onboarding, and integrating with workplace productivity tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack. If you’re passionate about building intuitive, high-impact admin experiences that scale across millions of learners and thousands of organizations, this is the role for you.
As the Product Manager for Admin & Productivity Experiences, you will own the strategy and execution of product areas critical to customer activation, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to create seamless onboarding, intuitive user and group management, smart notifications, and deep integrations into the tools customers use every day. Your work will reduce admin effort, embed Go1 into daily workflows, and drive sustained learner engagement. At Go1, we move fast and learn quickly, breaking work into small pieces, shipping early, and improving based on feedback. We keep customer needs at the center of every decision, work collaboratively across teams, and know that launching is just the beginning—success comes from adoption, impact, and ongoing improvement.
