Design and implement operational frameworks that guide coffeehouse deployment, store positions, and routines, while providing strategic and tactical guidance to cross-functional teams. Contribute to enterprise programs and projects that shape the future of retail operations and deliver best-in-class service. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions deliver on intended business outcomes. Facilitate decisions by balancing risk, available information, and shifting priorities.
