  • Align product goals with team and company objectives to create meaningful impact.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, including key development milestones.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the product meets defined requirements.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to market retirement.
  • Launch new products or versions and adapt based on user feedback, performance data, and quality audits.
  • Identify and prioritize improvements based on quality assurance outcomes.
  • Gather client insights and feedback through surveys, events, and focus groups.
  • Use data (sales, user behavior, KPIs) to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments (finance, marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure product consistency.
  • Plan training and change management strategies for new product rollouts.
  • Lead the project team, mentor junior product managers, and promote team engagement.
  • Manage product-related financials, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Head of Development, the Product Manager identifies customer needs and business objectives for the assigned product lines (e.g., thermal cycle, massages and treatments, food & beverage, and retail products). To achieve this, they define what product success looks like and mobilize a team to bring that vision to life.
In this role, the Product Manager contributes to the mission of their department:
