As Finbot continues to grow, we are expanding our Product team and looking for a Product Manager who will play a key role in shaping the next generation of our platform. In this role, you will lead product initiatives end-to-end—from problem discovery and product definition to delivery and continuous improvement. A significant part of the role involves designing and managing integrations with external systems, defining API-based capabilities, and working on technical platform infrastructure that enables seamless data exchange between Finbot and third-party services. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to build scalable product capabilities that solve real problems for accounting professionals and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires strong product thinking, analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements—particularly around APIs, integrations, and system architecture—into clear, well-defined product solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, KPIs, and acceptance criterias. Define API specifications and complex data integrations between external products, leading end-to-end integration flows and developing new features and modules that combine capabilities across both platforms. Collaborate with design to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions Define product roadmaps aligned with company strategy Analyze product usage and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions Work cross-functionally with customer success, support, and business teams Lead feature prioritization and backlog management Contribute to the evolution of Finbot’s platform and modular product architecture Utilize modern AI tools to enhance product workflows such as research, analysis, documentation, and experimentation Requirements 4+ years of Product Management experience Experience working on B2B and B2C products Experience defining or working with APIs and integrations Strong experience writing product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Familiarity with platform products and modular architectures Experience working with data-driven product development Proven ability to work closely with engineering and design teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in SaaS environments Experience working on financial, accounting, or fintech products Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using AI tools for product work (research, documentation, product analytics, prototyping, etc.) What We’re Looking For A curious and analytical product thinker Someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems A product manager who combines customer empathy with business thinking Someone comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving product environment A person who proactively explores AI tools and modern product methodologies
