About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to support our Home Environment category, with a focus on our Clorox® licensed product portfolio.  This role will play a key part in driving product strategy, development, and commercial execution across a growing and highly visible category.    This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands’ continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company’s long-term strategy. This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing. What You’ll Do * Support the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for Home Environment and Clorox® licensed products * Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization * Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches * Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions * Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance * Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans * Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve results * Contribute to innovation pipeline development and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred * 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods * Experience in Home Environment, appliances, or licensed brand products preferred * Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&L performance * Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies * Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment  What We Offer Hamilton Beach Brands offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success.
