SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience in a similar role from a similar background, such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Fuel, Commercial DIY or Tools.
  • Experience in a sales, key account management or business development role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent (e.g. technical apprenticeship with commercial training).Experience working with SMEs and multinational corporate structures.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and progress key relationships with new and existing clients and customers
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms of sale, etc.
  • Develop and deliver the UK go-to-market strategy for a product tailored for small engines and specialist machinery.
  • Develop and deliver the UK go-to-market strategy for a premium fuel product tailored for small engines and specialist machinery.Define the long-term organisational structure required for UK growth and lead recruitment planning.
