Overview:
How you can make a difference
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our Health Payment Accounts product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, healthcare, and financial services, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their employees.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for Health Payment Accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare payment landscape.
  • Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare payment systems, regulations, and industry standards is a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

This is a remote position.
Salary Range: $104,500.00 To $120,500.00 / year Benefits & Perks:
