THE ROLE

We’re building a modern, intelligent platform to serve the full spectrum of holiday property owners, from individual hosts to large holiday parks, resorts, and estate operators.
As Product Manager – Holiday Parks, you’ll own the end-to-end experience for high-value, operationally complex park and resort owners. From onboarding and portfolio setup to listings management, operations, earnings, and support, you’ll design and deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of this important segment while integrating seamlessly with our broader owner and guest product ecosystems.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires strong product fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a clear understanding of multi-user workflows and commercial dynamics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Holiday Park owner experience across platforms (portal, apps, guest touchpoints).
  • Partner with the Onboarding PM to create tailored flows for parks and estates, including grouped listings, batch uploads, and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with the Platform team on financial reporting, dynamic pricing, and payout logic for group-level operations.
  • Work with Data & ML teams to develop smart defaults, auto-grouping logic, and reporting insights for multi-unit owners.
  • Coordinate with the Guest Experience team to ensure park listings and unit-level inventory are clear and consistent for holidaymakers.
  • Engage with Operations, Commercial, and Support teams to shape internal tools and address park owner support needs.
  • Lead discovery with Holiday Park stakeholders (owners, managers, agencies) to understand pain points and validate solutions.
  • Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable requirements and partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions align with our AI strategy and core platform foundations.
