We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to shape the future of hospitality technology through innovative, AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will lead 0–1 product discovery initiatives, experimenting rapidly to uncover what hoteliers trust AI to handle and how autonomous systems can deliver real value. You will define new product opportunities, test assumptions, and iterate quickly to build solutions that meet high-stakes business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical leadership, to explore and define what autonomous AI can achieve in the hospitality sector. Accountabilities Lead 0–1 product discovery, including rapid experimentation, customer interviews, and MVP validation. Identify unmet needs in the hospitality industry and determine which AI solutions can create real impact. Define product hypotheses, test assumptions, and iterate based on data and feedback. Collaborate closely with technical teams and leadership to translate insights into actionable product strategies. Deliver actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative research to guide product decisions. Explore and define the boundaries of autonomous AI systems, ensuring they are trustworthy and effective. Mentor and influence teams on best practices for discovery and experimentation. Proven experience in product discovery, including rapid experimentation, assumption testing, and MVP validation. Track record of shipping 0–1 products and learning from early experiments. Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and agent architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) and their real-world applications. Bias toward action: ability to ship fast, learn from real usage, and iterate quickly. Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience building agentic AI products is a strong plus. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
