Job title – Channel Manager Department: HF - Product Location: Goregaon Infinity Office Reports to: Product Head - HF Designation – M6 Job summary:- The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Key Internal Partners (Bank Branch, Wealth etc.) and drive Sales and expand the home loan product reach in the market. Role requires strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Channel Sales, Partnership management, and excellent communication skills to drive business Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a channel strategy to expand business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and bank branches, ensuring they are motivated, informed and equipped to promote our product. Conduct regular training sessions and provide resources to channel partners & bank branches Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales tools, and implement joint marketing campaigns and other demand generation activities. Track, analyze and report on channel performance metrics to ensure goals are being met and identify areas for improvement Qualifications: • MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred. • Min 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the home loans or mortgage industry. • In-depth knowledge of Mortgage loan products. • Proven track record of managing channel partners and driving growth through direct or indirect sales. • Good knowledge of MS office tools
