Description

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Edinburgh/Glasgow for company meet-ups. We are looking for candidates based within the Edinburgh/Glasgow ‘commuter belt’ in Scotland
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE

It blows our minds that sales reps have to spend weeks creating something as simple as a poster. And we’re horrified by the amount of obsolete Point of Sale we see being sent to landfill. So, we’re on a mission to solve these issues once and for all.
Our technology platform “hyble” empowers sales reps in the beverage industry to create on-demand marketing materials that are both brand-compliant and tailored for the specific account. Combined with our enterprise services which enable the change management process and our cloud printing model that enables rapid turnaround print we have a game-changing solution that the market is screaming out for.
This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

ABOUT THE ROLE;

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our Product and Design Team to help shape the future of our marketing technology platform, hyble. You’ll be joining us at an exciting stage as hyble continues to evolve, driving a best-in-class user experience and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Reporting to the Product Lead, your focus will be on driving user engagement, enhancing adoption, and supporting internal tooling to optimize performance. Your decisions will be data-driven, and you will support the broader team in capturing analytics to measure and track the success of product releases.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Product Manager at hyble, your days will be dynamic, reflecting the innovative and fast-paced environment we thrive in. You can expect to:

  • Run Regular Internal Stakeholder Sessions: Act as the key liaison between teams, aligning efforts towards common goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely within agile methodologies to ensure product features consistently deliver value.
  • Write and Refine User Stories: Clearly articulate tasks for the engineering team, ensuring impactful outcomes and clarity of purpose.
  • Resolve Blockers: Partner with engineering to swiftly address and remove obstacles to maintain steady progress.
  • Communicate the ‘Why’: Consistently and clearly explain product decisions, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Shape and Deliver the Product Roadmap: Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and guide hyble’s direction towards success.
  • Promote Team Excellence: Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, advocating for continual improvement in processes and outcomes.
