JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of products from concept to launch. You will be in charge of existing & new products for iBabs, our flagship suite for the public & semi-public sector.
In this role, you will be part of shaping the iBabs growth trajectory and collaborate with diverse teams, champion customer needs and drive strategies that deliver both business value and exceptional user experiences.

• Lead the development and improvement of a group of products in alignment with the Product roadmap and market needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, finance, compliance, design, marketing, and sales) to bring ideas to life
• Partner with customer facing teams and customers to make sure we have an accurate & detailed understanding of our client needs. Identify growth opportunities
• Influence product design and technical features in collaboration with engineering and IT teams
• Develop business cases & define and execute go-to-market strategies based on insights and research
• Conduct competitor analysis for a particular product offering, functionality, pricing and market penetration to recommend improvements to enhance iBabs’ market position
• Create P&L/data-driven, client-focused business cases that balance user value with cost efficiency
• Monitor pricing strategy to ensure it’s competitive, customer-friendly, and compliant
