We’re looking for a Product Manager II for our Invoicing product on Lightspeed’s Shared Services team. In this role, you will own the product direction and strategy for a key area of the invoicing product, working closely with customers and internal teams to define priorities and shape the roadmap. The invoicing team’s mission is to create a delightful experience for merchants by automating recurring workflows, designing seamless manual intervention processes, and simplifying the payment experience for buyers. As a greenfield product, this role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact on our merchants’ success.
This dynamic position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and stakeholders, be productive and adaptable in the face of evolving business priorities, and be able to take responsibility and ownership in coming up with solutions for our customers’ pain points.If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on an international scale, then this is the position for you!
What you’ll be doing:
