What You’ll Be Doing Crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Prioritizing and managing the team’s work backlog to maximize value. Creating clear product delivery plans and requirements, collaborating closely with technical teams. Driving the implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap. Gathering insights from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction. Contributing to and evaluating new product concepts for future roadmap consideration. Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful product launches. Defining and tracking metrics to measure product success. Communicating value delivery clearly to diverse audiences. Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What You Bring Proven track record in product management for SaaS products at scale. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Expertise in product management and development life cycles, delivering high-quality software on time. Experience applying AI to deliver value to customers in ways previously unimaginable. Proficiency in leading and managing cross-functional projects and teams. Strong ability to facilitate discovery, solutioning, and alignment discussions. Solid understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping. Experience with market research tools and techniques. Professional working proficiency in English and Russian. Even Better If You Have Experience in the retail or ecommerce industry. A demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic product visions.
